Eligibility for Refunds

We offer full refunds in the following cases:

• The user is unable to use the platform due to technical issues
• The user purchased the wrong subscription or credit pack by mistake

Refund Process

• Refunds are processed within 1–3 business days after approval
• Payment processors may take additional time to return funds to your account

Non-Refundable Cases

We do not offer refunds for:

• Completed usage of credits or subscription time before the refund request
• Violations of our Terms of Service
