  • Commercial use of generated content is allowed.

    • Content containing excessive violence
    • Deepfakes or manipulated media of real people without their consent
    • Content that promotes hate, discrimination, or harassment
    • Content that infringes copyright or other intellectual property rights
    • Content that violates any applicable laws or regulations

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.

2. Account Registration

  • To use our platform, you must create an account and provide a valid email address.
  • If you sign in using Google, we will collect your profile picture to personalize your account.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
  • You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, all your data and generated content will be permanently removed.

3. Payment and Subscriptions

  • Subscriptions and credit packs are processed through third-party payment providers.
  • All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated.
  • By subscribing, you agree to recurring billing until you cancel your subscription.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. API Usage

  • Access to our API is subject to rate limits and usage quotas as described in your plan.
  • Abuse of the API, including exceeding rate limits or using it for prohibited content, may result in suspension or termination of access.

8. Limitation of Liability

Artificial Studio is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
